“My husband and I were contemplating replacing the carpet in our home office and bedroom. Though our carpet is only five years old, the home cleaning was just not cleaning it good enough. Your technicians were more knowledgeable than I could have imagined. I had an area around my bed that was extremely soiled, but I could never figure out why. The technician pointed out the specific area and told me it was from my foot lotion. He suggested I put my bed slippers on after putting lotion on my feet. BINGO! I never considered that I was the culprit. He really opened my eyes to our problem and even better, he save my husband and I thousands of dollars because we were prepared to replace the carpet. But it looks so good now. I had a friend come by recently and comment on how good the carpets look. I am glad to see the other services you offer and plan to have my air ducts cleaned soon.
